Rudi's GF Bakery of Boulder, CO held a recipe contest online a few months ago. The authors of the top three recipes were flown to Boulder for an Iron Chef-style cook off and I was honored to be present as a judge. Check out the finalists, hear their personal celiac stories and watch them rock it out in the kitchen. Special thanks to 4580, a killer restaurant in North Boulder where we held the contest. Those folks know now to handle clients with food allergies.
