Since I’m such a voracious snacker, I often have to bargain with myself: “I’ll let you eat in between meals,” I say to myself, “if you eat something healthy. Ish. Healthy-ish.” And this peanut butter dip definitely fits the bill. It’s whipped together with some Greek yogurt, a splash of honey, and some cocoa powder. I love to cut up a Honeycrisp apple to dip in this, it keeps me satisfied all afternoon!
Yield: ~2 cups
1 cup smooth, unsweetened peanut butter
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Salt, to taste
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and combined.
Serve with apple slices.
